About the programme
Rejuvenation and aesthetic care programme
Skin quality, defined contours and body tone — medical assessment and a personalised 7-, 14- or 21-day plan
ANTI-AGE CALENDULA is a programme addressing visible age-related changes in the face and body. It combines device-based methods, nutrition, recovery and Ayurvedic treatments around three goals: hydrated skin with an even texture, firmness and a defined silhouette.
The approach follows a sequence: assessment first, then tissue preparation, targeted treatment and essential recovery. Lymphatic drainage, nutrition and Ayurvedic methods complement device-based care, creating a personalised plan rather than a collection of disconnected sessions.
Who the programme is for
The programme is for those concerned about:
a dull complexion, dryness and puffiness;
wrinkles and reduced skin firmness;
changes in facial contours;
localised fat deposits;
and for those who want to combine targeted aesthetic care with nutrition, rest and support for muscle tone.
Medical assessment and strategy
Assessment helps select the methods, treatment areas and sequence of procedures to suit your goals. The examinations depend on your skin condition, medical history and chosen course.
Laboratory profile. High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), glucose, insulin and a lipid profile. Where necessary, the HOMA index (a calculation using fasting glucose and insulin that helps assess reduced insulin sensitivity) and markers of glycation — changes in proteins caused by sugars.
Body composition. Bioimpedance analysis assesses the proportions of muscle, fat and water, helping to define nutrition and activity goals more precisely.
Skin condition. Equipment-based skin assessment and, where the equipment is available, 3D scanning and dermal ultrasound. Genetic profiling of age-related risks is used when indicated, not as a mandatory prediction.
What the programme includes
Nutrition and the microbiome. A diet with sufficient protein, omega-3, olive and linseed oils and avocado, while limiting excess fast-absorbing sugars. Synbiotic support — a combination of probiotics and prebiotics — is selected according to indications and tolerance. Dietary fibre and topical care with bacterial lysates may complement support for the microbiota and skin barrier.
Ayurvedic preparation. Pacana is gentle preparation of the body. Udvartana is massage with herbal powders. Longer courses include Snehana oil treatments, Abhyanga oil massage and Svedana herbal steam treatments. Argan, macadamia, rosehip, rose and rockrose oils are selected according to your skin’s sensitivity.
Lifting and skin quality. HIFU is focused ultrasound targeting deeper tissue layers. RF is radiofrequency lifting for firmness. Depending on indications and the clinic’s equipment, options include fractional RF, microcurrents, carbon laser peeling, hydro-cleansing, serum electroporation and LED light therapy. Methods are combined only when justified, not automatically when a longer course is selected.
Body contours. Vacuum roller massage, cryolipolysis, ultrasound cavitation and non-invasive carboxytherapy are selected for a specific goal. HI-EMT electromagnetic muscle stimulation may complement exercise within an individual plan.
Peptide care. LONG VITAL serums and cream with signalling peptides form part of topical care. Injectable GHK-Cu is not included as standard: safety data are limited, and the suitability of injectable peptide methods requires a separate medical assessment. Photodynamic therapy with a photosensitiser also requires a separate protocol and is not interchangeable with ordinary LED light therapy.
Movement and stress relief. Gentle yoga for posture, pranayama breathing and walking within your ability help the course support overall wellbeing as well as appearance.
The final course is agreed at the initial examination, taking account of indications, contraindications and available equipment. Results from device-based methods vary from person to person and often emerge after departure — this is normal, and we explain it in advance.
Fresh, radiant skin
A short course for dehydrated, dull skin and visible signs of tiredness. It can also prepare you for an important event, taking into account the time needed for skin recovery after treatment.
Assessment. Glucose, hs-CRP and a lipid profile when indicated. Bioimpedance analysis. Equipment-based skin assessment; 3D diagnostics and ultrasound on separate request.
Nutrition. A diet limiting added sugar, with a hypoallergenic option if needed. Starting synbiotic support.
Ayurveda. Pacana preparation, Udvartana herbal powder massage and herbal oils according to skin tolerance.
Device-based care. Facial microcurrent therapy, vacuum roller drainage and non-invasive carboxytherapy according to the selected plan. LONG VITAL serums and cream.
Movement. Evening breathing exercises and gentle yoga for posture and relaxation.
Course goals and final consultation. The goals are better hydration, a fresher appearance and skin comfort. The final consultation assesses skin condition and treatment tolerance; you receive home-care recommendations.
Sculpting and collagen stimulation
A course for skin firmness, age-related facial changes and selected body areas. A longer stay allows a sequence of preparation → treatment → recovery, without rushing between procedures.
Assessment. An extended laboratory profile assessing carbohydrate metabolism and glycation. Bioimpedance analysis. Equipment-based skin assessment, including ultrasound and 3D methods on request.
Nutrition. A diet with omega-3 and sufficient protein. Synbiotic support throughout the course.
Ayurveda. Pacana followed by Snehana oil treatments. Udvartana and Abhyanga massages at times compatible with device-based care.
Device-based programme. The main facial method is HIFU or suitable RF lifting within an individual plan. For the body, cryolipolysis or ultrasound cavitation. Carbon peeling and HI-EMT follow the individual plan. These are the available options; the programme does not require you to undergo them all.
Movement. Gentle yoga, moderate walking and pranayama, with aerobic exercise intensity tailored to the individual.
Course goals and final consultation. The goals are improved firmness, skin texture and the appearance of selected areas. The final consultation assesses tolerance and any observable progress. Some effects of device-based methods may emerge after departure; the timing of a follow-up visit is discussed individually.
Defining the contours of face and body
An extended programme targeting skin, contours and muscle tone. Time to recover between treatments, and a plan for your ongoing care, are important parts of the programme.
Assessment. A comprehensive laboratory profile and repeat bioimpedance analysis. Genetic profiling of age-related risks when indicated. Comparative skin assessment, including dermal ultrasound if it will help address your goal.
Nutrition. A diet tailored to you nourishing muscles and skin. Synbiotic support throughout the course.
Ayurveda. The full sequence: Pacana preparation, Snehana oil treatments and Svedana herbal steam treatments. Massages with rose, rockrose and argan oils selected individually for you.
Device-based programme. HIFU and RF are options for the main treatment; they may be combined only when compatible and supported by a justified plan. Depending on skin condition: hydro-cleansing, carbon peeling, needle-free electroporation and LED light therapy. For the body: HI-EMT, cavitation or cryolipolysis according to the selected goal.
Movement. A structured gentle yoga routine, breathing practices and regular activity within your ability, taking account of your wellbeing and the treatments performed.
Course goals and final consultation. The goals are improved skin quality, tone and the appearance of the face and body. The final consultation assesses observable changes; you receive recommendations for home care and staying in shape. The extent and duration of results differ for each person, so a follow-up examination is planned around when the effects of your chosen procedures are expected to appear.
The final examinations and treatments in each course are determined by the doctor at the initial examination, taking account of indications, contraindications, available equipment and compatibility between methods.
