About the programme
Rejuvenation and aesthetic care programme
Skin quality, defined contours and body tone — medical assessment and an individual 7-, 14- or 21-day pathway
CALENDULA ANTI-AGE is a programme designed to address visible age-related changes in the face and body. It combines device-based methods, nutrition, recovery and Ayurvedic procedures around three goals: well-hydrated skin with an even texture, firmness and a defined silhouette.
The approach is structured in stages: first diagnostics, then tissue preparation, targeted treatment and mandatory recovery. Lymphatic drainage, nutrition and Ayurvedic methods complement device-based care and help create an individual pathway rather than a collection of unrelated sessions.
Who the programme is for
The programme is for people concerned about:
a dull complexion, dryness or puffiness;
wrinkles and reduced skin firmness;
changes in facial contours;
localised fat deposits;
and for those who want to combine targeted aesthetic care with nutrition, rest and support for muscle tone.
Medical assessment and strategy
Diagnostics help select methods, treatment areas and the sequence of procedures according to your goals. The scope of investigations depends on the condition of your skin, your health history and the selected course.
Laboratory profile. High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), glucose, insulin and a lipid profile. Where necessary, the HOMA index (calculated from fasting glucose and insulin to help assess reduced insulin sensitivity) and glycation indicators — changes in proteins caused by sugars.
Body composition. Bioimpedance analysis assesses the proportions of muscle, fat and water, helping to define nutrition and physical activity goals more precisely.
Skin condition. Diagnostic assessment, and where equipment is available, 3D scanning and ultrasound of the dermis. A genetic profile of age-related risks is used where indicated, not as a mandatory prediction.
What the programme includes
Nutrition and microbiome. A diet with sufficient protein, omega-3, olive and flaxseed oils and avocado, while limiting excess fast-absorbing sugars. Synbiotic support — a combination of probiotics and prebiotics — is selected according to indications and tolerance. Dietary fibre and topical care containing bacterial lysates may further support the microbiota and the skin barrier.
Ayurvedic preparation. Pacana is a gentle preparatory stage. Udvartana is a massage with herbal powders. Longer courses may include Snehana oiling, Abhyanga oil massage and Svedana herbal steam procedures. Argan, macadamia, rosehip, rose and cistus oils are selected according to your skin sensitivity.
Lifting and skin quality. HIFU is focused ultrasound used for targeted treatment of deeper tissue layers. RF is radiofrequency lifting to support firmness. Depending on indications and clinic equipment, options may include fractional RF, microcurrents, carbon laser peeling, hydro-cleansing, electroporation of serums and LED light therapy. Methods are combined only when justified, not automatically because a longer course has been chosen.
Body contours. Vacuum roller massage, cryolipolysis, ultrasound cavitation and non-invasive carboxytherapy are selected according to the specific goal. HI-EMT electromagnetic muscle stimulation may complement exercise in an individual plan.
Peptide care. Serums and LONG VITAL cream with signalling peptides form part of topical care. Injectable GHK-Cu is not included as standard: safety data are limited, and the use of injectable peptide methods requires a separate medical assessment. Photodynamic therapy with a photosensitiser also requires a separate protocol and is not equivalent to standard LED light therapy.
Movement and stress reduction. Gentle yoga for posture, pranayama breathing exercises and manageable walking, so that the course supports not only appearance but overall wellbeing.
The final composition of the course is agreed at the initial examination, taking into account indications, contraindications and available equipment. Results of device-based methods vary individually and often continue to develop after departure — this is normal, and we explain it in advance.
Anti-Age programme: 7, 14 or 21 daysRead more →Freshness and radiance
A short course for dehydrated, dull skin and visible signs of fatigue. It can also be used to prepare for an important event, taking into account how much recovery time the skin will have after procedures.
Diagnostics. Glucose, hs-CRP and lipid profile where indicated. Bioimpedance analysis. Skin assessment using diagnostic equipment; 3D diagnostics and ultrasound are available on separate request.
Nutrition. A diet with limited added sugar, with a hypoallergenic option where needed. Introduction of synbiotic support.
Ayurveda. Pacana preparation, Udvartana herbal powder massage and herbal oils selected according to skin tolerance.
Device-based care. Facial microcurrent therapy, vacuum roller drainage and non-invasive carboxytherapy according to the selected pathway. LONG VITAL serums and cream.
Movement. Evening breathing exercises and gentle yoga for posture and relaxation.
Programme goals and final consultation. The goals are improved hydration, a fresher appearance and greater skin comfort. At the final consultation, the condition of the skin and tolerance of the procedures are assessed, and you receive recommendations for home care.
Sculpting and collagen stimulation
A course for skin firmness, age-related facial changes and selected body areas. A longer stay makes it possible to build the sequence of preparation → treatment → recovery without rushing between procedures.
Diagnostics. Extended laboratory profile with assessment of carbohydrate metabolism and glycation. Bioimpedance analysis. Skin assessment using diagnostic equipment, including ultrasound and 3D methods, on request.
Nutrition. A diet with omega-3 and sufficient protein. Synbiotic support throughout the course.
Ayurveda. Pacana followed by Snehana oiling. Udvartana and Abhyanga massages are scheduled at times compatible with device-based care.
Device-based programme. The main facial method is either HIFU or an appropriate RF lifting treatment according to the individual plan. For the body, cryolipolysis or ultrasound cavitation. Carbon peeling and HI-EMT are included according to the individual pathway. The list is a menu of possibilities, not a mandatory “everything at once” programme.
Movement. Gentle yoga, moderate walking and pranayama — the intensity of aerobic activity is selected individually.
Programme goals and final consultation. The goals are improved firmness, skin texture and the appearance of the selected areas. At the final consultation, procedure tolerance and observable changes are assessed. Some effects of device-based methods may develop after departure; the timing of a follow-up visit is discussed individually.
Facial and body architecture
An extended programme with targeted work on the skin, contours and muscle tone. An important part of the course is allowing recovery time between procedures and selecting care for the future.
Diagnostics. Extended laboratory profile and repeat bioimpedance analysis. A genetic profile of age-related risks where indicated. Comparative skin assessment, including ultrasound of the dermis if it is useful for your goal.
Nutrition. A personalised diet supporting muscles and skin. Synbiotic support throughout the course.
Ayurveda. Full sequence: Pacana preparation, Snehana oiling and Svedana herbal steam procedures. Massages with an individual selection of rose, cistus and argan oils.
Device-based programme. HIFU and RF are options for the main treatment; combining them is possible only when they are compatible and part of a justified plan. Depending on skin condition, hydro-cleansing, carbon peeling, needle-free electroporation and LED light therapy may be used. For the body, HI-EMT, cavitation or cryolipolysis according to the selected goal.
Movement. A structured programme of gentle yoga, breathing practices and regular manageable activity, taking into account your wellbeing and the procedures performed.
Programme goals and final consultation. The goals are improved skin quality, tone and the appearance of the face and body. At the final consultation, the changes that can be assessed are reviewed, and you receive recommendations for home care and maintaining your results. The extent and duration of results vary from person to person, so the follow-up examination is planned according to when the effect of your chosen procedures is expected to appear.
The final set of investigations and procedures in each course is determined by the doctor at the initial examination, taking into account indications, contraindications, available equipment and compatibility between methods.
