Your first day at the clinic

Your first day at the clinic

A relaxed arrival and welcome

If you have arranged a transfer in advance, your driver will meet you at the airport and bring you to the clinic. If you are making your own way here, our reception team will help you check in and settle into your room. Your coordinator will explain the daily schedule and be your point of contact for practical questions.

Time to unwind and settle in

After your journey, you can settle in, change and rest at your own pace. Loose, comfortable clothing is suitable for treatments and walks. Please let us know in advance about mobility limitations, allergies and any specific everyday needs.

An unhurried conversation with your doctor

At the initial consultation, the doctor will review your health history, symptoms, sleep quality, workload, diet and reasons for visiting. Bring your medical reports, examination results and a list of medicines with dosages. Do not stop prescribed treatment on your own — any changes should be discussed with your doctor.

Initial medical assessment

The doctor determines which diagnostic tests are needed. These may include blood pressure measurement, an ECG, laboratory tests or body composition analysis. The order depends on your arrival time, chosen programme and how you feel; some examinations may be scheduled for the following morning.

First treatments and a quiet evening

If your condition and the time available allow, a gentle introductory treatment may be prescribed on the first day. This is followed by dinner and rest. Before bedtime, you will receive a clear schedule for the next day.

What to prepare for your trip

Bring your passport and necessary documents, medical records, a list of medicines and the medicines themselves in their original packaging, information about allergies and dietary restrictions, comfortable clothing and the contact details of a loved one we can reach in an emergency.

Your first day’s schedule depends on when you arrive, your programme, your health and your doctor’s recommendations.
