Kinesiotherapy is one of the most effective methods of the rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system, aimed at developing and increasing the tone of the protractors. In practice, the essence of the method is to perform physical exercises on special training simulators with the functions of decompression and antigravity. The presence of a specialist who supervises the exercise is mandatory.
The protractors develop during walking up and down at an angle, swimming, and so-called static exercises, when you need to hold the resistance. But since there is very low activity in our lives, the protractors do not fulfil their role and lose their tone. This leads to the fact that the musculoskeletal system ages earlier than genetic aging.
Kinesiotherapy is able to solve this problem by performing certain exercises on training simulators with the functions of antigravity and resistance. The principle of training is to maintain weight and to resist gravity (“movement therapy” is the second name of kinesiotherapy). Thus, deep muscles are included in the work, which under normal conditions are not involved at all. If you exercise regularly, a new muscular frame is formed; joint mobility and muscle elasticity are restored, a spasm passes, nerve endings are released: the pain and discomfort in the back disappear.
In addition, such trainings improve general and local blood circulation, activate metabolic processes, and start the process of tissue repair, which helps in the treatment of inflammatory processes of the joints. One of the important components of kinesiotherapy is proper breathing.
Regular physical activity stimulates the nocifensors, prevents disease recurrence by eliminating muscle atrophy and restoring motor automatism, building the right motor stereotypes and modes.
Of course, these exercises cannot pretend to be the only way to restore the vertebral column. But they cannot be underestimated, since the effectiveness is high; it is confirmed by scientific research and clinical experience.
