The 5-day Stress Management Program aims to reduce chronic stress, stabilize the nervous system, and alleviate physical symptoms. The program is recommended for those exposed to high mental and physical strain who experience anxiety, sleep disturbances, fatigue, or stress-related physical complaints.
The treatments are based on a combination of Ayurvedic principles and modern medical approaches.
Medical assessment
At the beginning of the program, a detailed consultation is conducted to assess the physical and psychological manifestations of stress and to determine an individualized treatment approach.

1×60’ Abhyanga massage (full-body oil treatment to calm the nervous system)
1× Shirodhara treatment (forehead chakra – continuous oil flow to relieve mental tension)
Group yoga / pranayama / meditation / qigong
Breathing and movement-based exercises that help reduce cortisol levels, restore inner balance, and improve concentration.
Medical acupuncture
A targeted treatment aimed at reducing nervous system overload and restoring autonomic balance.

Psychological and stress tests
Tests assessing anxiety and stress-related physical symptoms, with evaluation and personalized lifestyle and stress management counselling.
